Russian Interior Ministry puts Pussy Riot member Tolokonnikova on wanted list

The Russian Interior Ministry has placed Pussy Riot member Nadezhda Tolokonnikova on the federal wanted list. Information about this appeared in the department’s database, writes “Mediazona” *.
The map in the Interior Ministry database does not indicate under which criminal article Tolokonnikova is wanted.
In early March, the head of the human rights group Agora**, Pavel Chikov*, reported that a criminal case had been opened against Tolokonnikova* under the article on insulting the feelings of believers (part 1 of article 148 of the penal code). According to the lawyer, the reason for this was certain posts on social networks. In connection with the case, several searches were carried out, claimed Chikov *. On verification of publications by Tolokonnikova* also informed RBC with reference to sources.
Nadezhda Tolokonnikova* is one of the founders of Pussy Riot. In 2012, she, together with another member of the team, Maria Alyokhina, was sentenced to two years in a general regime colony under the article on hooliganism (article 213 of the Criminal Code) for the action ” Mother of God, drive out Putin!” in the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour. They served one year and 10 months and were released in December 2013 under an amnesty. Tolokonnikova* currently resides in the United States.
