Lebanon stressed the need for Israel to withdraw from all occupied Lebanese territories.

During a tripartite meeting today, between the Lebanese and Israeli sides, headed by General Aroldo Lazzaro, Commander of the international forces operating in Lebanon (UNIFIL), he stressed the need to remove the concrete wall built by the Israeli entity inside Lebanese territory at the northern entrance to the railway tunnel between Lebanon and occupied Palestine.

The Lebanese side also reaffirmed Lebanon’s commitment to international resolutions, particularly Resolution 1701 and all its provisions, stressing the need for Israel to withdraw from all occupied Lebanese territories, specifically the Shebaa Farms, the Kfar Shuba hills, and the outskirts of the town of Mari, where the urban expansion of the town of Ghajar, and the areas where Lebanon reserves the withdrawal line ( 13 areas), and areas where there is a permanent breach of the withdrawal line (17 areas)

During the meeting, the Lebanese side touched on the repeated Israeli violations of Lebanese sovereignty by land, sea and air, and called on the United Nations to exert maximum pressure on Israel to stop its encroachments.
