The parliamentarian has put this issue under control. To solve the problem, on behalf of the deputy, requests will be sent to clarify the current situation with the requester and to provide assistance.
Sergey Kosyanikov stressed that work with citizens’ personal calls or their written requests is an important area of ​​​​activity for the authorities. This allows us to respond in a timely manner to emerging acute problems of a different nature.
