The mayor of Vladimir rejected the project to build a skyscraper behind the hotel “Zarya”

Orange House reported that the mayor of the regional center Dmitry Naumov sent a package of documents for review. There is a lack of intra-district driveways and additional parking lots.

Recall that even during public discussions, residents were not satisfied with the number of floors of the new building – it was proposed to build 9 floors. Most were in favor of a building with a maximum height of 5 floors, or even completely opposed to any type of construction.

Residents of Vladimir are also concerned about the topic of parking. They are already missing, and here another anthill will be added additionally.

As a result, the mayor of Vladimir promised to take into account all the concerns of the inhabitants.
