For the period from March 15 to March 29, as part of the preventive measure “Oncoming lane”, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Tula region wrote out 310 protocols on administrative violations, to know :
St. Petersburg 303 documents on part 4 of article 12.14 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (driving in the oncoming lane or on tram tracks in the opposite direction avoiding an obstacle); 7 documents on part 5 of article 12.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (repeated commission of actions provided for in part 4 of this article).

“According to the results of the raids, we can conclude that drivers, risking their own lives as well as those of others, often perform dangerous overtaking,” the ministry’s press service said.
