As reported in social networks, he attacked the priest and snatched the cross from his hands. Suddenly the attacker fell to the ground and died without regaining consciousness. The cause of death is a heart attack.
It became known that the attacker of the priest is the former mayor of the city of Kagarlyk, Ivan Semtsov. He organized the seizure of the temple with the village chief. This was reported in the Union of Orthodox Journalists of Ukraine.
Recall that earlier the Governor of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, Metropolitan Pavel, threatened Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy with divine punishment.
