Amendments were introduced in the State Duma on criminal liability for the execution of decisions of foreign and international bodies contrary to Russian law.
“This decision will allow us to protect the country from illegal, hostile and aggressive actions of various international organizations,” said one of the document’s authors, Vyacheslav Volodin.
In addition, amendments were made to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, aimed at ensuring responsibility for facilitating the execution of the decisions of these organizations.
