Despite the fact that this year almost 23 million rubles were allocated from the city budget for the maintenance of cemeteries, which is more than last year, the problem has not been solved. The main reasons are far from the daily removal of DMS and the lack of organization of the protection of burial sites around the clock. The governor of the region of Orel and the mayor of Orel expressed their criticisms against the regional operator for the treatment of DMS.
Graveyard debris has been a long-standing problem, and the inclusion of lanes in the road and road network has not solved it. The authorities are trying to take the necessary steps to change the situation, but so far there are no clear results.
