Although nothing hurts a person, he rarely thinks that it will not always be, and also that the body should be taken care of. There are simple steps for this.

  • Get checked in preventive mode, even if nothing hurts you. Thus, it will be possible to identify the disease and risk factors for its development over time.
  • Eat a balanced diet. It is necessary that every day on the table there are at least 400 grams of vegetables and fruits.
  • Be physically active. If a person has a sedentary lifestyle, you should try to maintain the desired level of physical activity – at least one hour of independent intense sports per week, moderate physical activity every day for 30 minutes.
