In the Volovsky district, the prosecutor’s office is monitoring the results of the check on the fact of an accident that occurred on the evening of April 19 on the M-4 Don highway in the Volovsky district of the Tula region, where a truck MAN and a GAZelle owned by road workers collided.
Six people were injured – the driver and passengers of the GAZelle.
The progress of work at the scene was supervised by the acting prosecutor of the Volovsky district, Vladimir Kutrin.
The supervisory authority noted that the prosecution will assess the implementation of the requirements of the law in the organization of road works in the area where the accident occurred.
If necessary, judicial response measures will be taken quickly.
