Nenets Autonomous Okrug District Assembly of Deputies considered 17 issues during session

The changes affected several laws in the region

Andrei Panov, deputy prosecutor of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, took part in the 53rd ordinary session of the District Assembly of Deputies, which considered 17 issues.

As part of the implementation of the requirements of the legislation, the Regional Commissioner for Human Rights and the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child presented annual reports on their activities to parliamentarians, reports the press service of the office of the prosecutor of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

Taking into account the comments and suggestions of the district prosecutor’s office, amendments were made to the district laws “On the status of persons holding public office in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug”, “On combating corruption in Nenets Autonomous Okrug” to improve anti-corruption legislation and a new support measure for medical personnel, providing primary health care or emergency medical care.

Also, at the suggestion of the district prosecutor’s office, the powers of the Assembly of Deputies, defined in the district law “On the regulation of land relations in the territory of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug”, were clarified .
