Yerevan has handed over its draft peace treaty to Baku and said it is ready to sign it, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told a government meeting, FAN reports.
According to the politician, the proposals relate to the work of the commission on border security and the restoration of transport links. It also includes a demand to end the occupation of Armenian territory, Pashinyan noted. “Armenia has submitted its proposals to Azerbaijan around a peace treaty and we are ready to sign an agreement with such content,” Prime Minister stressed. Earlier it became known that the Armenian authorities have announced that they are ready to deploy a mission of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) to the country.
