The head of the press center of the “South” group Vadim Astafiev said that the Russian missile unit in the direction of Lysychansk struck at the point of temporary deployment of the Ukrainian armed forces.
He clarified that the blow was struck at the temporary deployment point of the 54th separate mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which was located near the settlement of Slavinsk.
“Among other things, the aviation of the Southern Military District in the Belogorovka and Grigorovka region destroyed the firing positions of the enemy’s 81st separate airmobile brigade,” Astafyev added.
According to him, a 152 mm self-propelled howitzer and a 120 mm mortar of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were destroyed in the Maryinsky and Avdeevsky directions.
