The desire to be like an idol often backfires on the fan himself. This is what happened with the young Canadian actor Sainton Vaughn Colucci. The guy loved the BTS group, especially one of the members of the South Korean boy group – Jimin (Jimin). For the sake of resemblance to the idol, the young artist was ready to take drastic measures, for example, to completely change his appearance. To do this, Sainton had to do 12 plastic surgeries, one of which became fatal.
During the whole time of the transformation, Colucci changed the shape of the nose, eyebrows, eyes, did a facelift and even changed the shape of the face. As a result, the guy was infected, lost consciousness and, without regaining consciousness, died a few hours later in one of the South Korean hospitals. The actor has lived in the country since 2019 and dreamed of becoming a K-pop artist.
Saint Vaughn even starred in a local TV series, where, by the way, he played the main role. However, his own high standards and all the chances of success did not stop the tragically deceased artist. According to Colucci’s inner circle, he was supposed to play Jimin in one of the new series, which also prompted Sainton to drastically change his appearance.
