Nutritionist Arzamastsev named the most dangerous barbecue for health

In an interview with Moscow 24, the specialist said that pork kebab is a source of a large amount of refractory fats, which significantly increase blood cholesterol levels.

“Even if pork skewers do not contain visible fat, at least at the molecular level there is,” explains Evgeny Arzamastsev.

According to him, the black elements on the fried pork are the destroyed protein. If it gets into the stomach, it will get worse, and if there are already problems, then even more so. Inflammatory processes and exacerbation of gastritis may occur.

The doctor assures that the overcooked barbecue contains high doses of carcinogenic substances.

“The most harmless is the turkey, chicken or fish kebab, which shows no visible signs of overcooking,” the expert explained.
