Adham Farouk announced on Facebook the news of the death of his brother Sherif Farouk.
Abu Bakr Al-Mirghani, the late artist’s cousin, told Sky News Arabia the family are awaiting a health report to determine the cause of the sudden death.
A large number of artists and theater directors in Egypt participated in Farouk’s obituary through communication sites, as well as the Arab Theater Authority of the Emirates, through its official Facebook page.
And Sharif was born on March 29, 1977 in the governorate of Luxor, south of Cairo, and graduated from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality, but he was talented as an actor.
The deceased artist preferred to develop his talent by studying, so he joined the Center for Artistic Creativity of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture to study acting, graduated from it, and then headed for acting.
Farouk’s most important works were his participation in the plays “The Ring and the Bracelet”, “The Hunchback of Notre Dame”, “The Maker of Happiness” and “The Just”.
