October 2, 2025

The United States offered Turkey to send its S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems to Ukraine, but Ankara refused. This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mevlut Cavusoglu. According to him, there were several proposals from Washington on air defense systems.

“There have been several proposals from the United States regarding the S-400. We were told: give us control. This is a proposal that affects our independence. Where is our independence? Habertürk quotes the minister’s words.

He noted that if Turkey was accommodating, it would have no further problems with the United States.

Recall that recently Turkish Interior Minister Suleiman Soylu said that the whole world hates the United States. According to him, America continues to lose confidence.

The official noted that Europe is only a US pawn in Africa. All African countries would hate the states that exploit them.

The head of the Turkish Interior Ministry also urged not to exaggerate the role of Europe. Soylu thinks that Europe does not exist.
