Today we offer you to cook red fish according to a unique recipe (salmon and trout will do). The dish turns out very tasty and suitable for a festive table. From such an appetizer, guests and family members will be delighted! In beer batter, you can also deliciously cook other fatty fish.

Goldfish in beer batter

Ingredients

Fillet of red fish – 500 gr.,

Flour – 250 gr.,

Egg – 1 pc.,

Light beer – 100 ml (or more),

Lemon – 0.5 pieces,

Recipe

  1. Cut the fish fillet into strips, salt.
  1. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Prepare the dough from flour, eggs, beer and salt.
  3. Leave the dough to ferment for 1 hour.
  4. Roll the pieces of fish in flour, dip them in batter and put them in a bowl with boiling vegetable oil so that they float in it.
  5. Fry until tender (until golden).
  6. We take out on a plate covered with a paper towel to remove excess fat.
