Recipe
- Cut the fish fillet into strips, salt.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Prepare the dough from flour, eggs, beer and salt.
- Leave the dough to ferment for 1 hour.
- Roll the pieces of fish in flour, dip them in batter and put them in a bowl with boiling vegetable oil so that they float in it.
- Fry until tender (until golden).
- We take out on a plate covered with a paper towel to remove excess fat.
