Vin Diesel has hinted that the fast and furious street racer saga is far from over. The famous franchise, which began in 2001, was expected to end with the 10th and 11th films. However, main man Dominica Toretto at the Rome premiere of ‘Furious 10’ gave fans hope that we should expect another film, the 12th in a row.
“In preparation for shooting this (10th) movie, the studio asked if it could be split into two parts,” Diesel explained, speaking to a reporter on the evening’s red carpet. “And after the studio saw it, they said, ‘Could you make the latest Fast and Furious 10 a trilogy?’ “Each story contains three acts,” Diesel co-star Michelle Rodriguez added.
The journalist was not left out and clarified whether his interlocutors could officially confirm information about the third film, to which Vin jokingly remarked that this question could get him in trouble with Universal Pictures, the production company of Fast and Furious.
