The effect of negative sunlight not only affects the appearance of the skin, but also penetrates the layers of the skin, causing the problem of melasma and skin pigmentation, the treatment of which requires a specific plan and to long term in some cases due to the difference in its spread from person to person and its depth.

According to doctors, dark skin pigmentation is one of the most common skin disorders in the world and it causes great inconvenience especially in girls.

Experts believe that sunlight is one of the most common contributors to skin pigmentation, but there are other factors that cause it, including certain diseases, medications, and even daily skin care.

In this regard, a dermatologist and cosmetologist, Dr. Muhammad al-Fayoumi, told Sky News Arabia:

Sun exposure is very important for all parts of the body. However, excessive sun exposure leads to many skin problems. Ultraviolet radiation is present in large proportion from ten o’clock in the morning to three o’clock in the afternoon. Therefore, please stay away from the sun during this period.
