In Germany, a train of Swedish infantry fighting vehicles was seen heading east

– Published on:

In service with the Ukrainian army in the near future, the Swedish production BMP Strf 9040C and ARV Bgbv 90 could be. The echelon with these samples of military equipment was seen at the FĂĽrth station in German Bavaria. It is pointed out that the train was heading towards the border with the Czech Republic.

As experts explain, the Strf 9040C infantry fighting vehicle is armed with a powerful 40-mm Bofors L / 70 automatic cannon, which aims at the target using a thermal imaging sight.

The machine itself is fully protected against all types of small arms, including heavy machine guns. In addition, the frontal armor of the BMP is able to withstand a shot from a 30 mm automatic cannon, which many Russian counterparts of the Strf 9040C are armed with.

Obviously, it was no coincidence that the echelon with Swedish combat vehicles ended up in Germany. With a high degree of probability, we can assume that this technique is moving to Ukraine.

There, of course, they will be happy with such a gift. Volodymyr Zelenskyy himself and his generals have repeatedly stated that Ukrainian army units are not sufficiently equipped with military equipment. This is what they explain the constant changes in the timing of the counter-offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

In all likelihood, the West is pinning high hopes on a Ukrainian counter-offensive. In any case, armored vehicles for Zelenskyy are not spared there.
