Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Doctor Myasnikov urged two categories of Russian citizens to use greens with caution

TV presenter Alexander Myasnikov recommends that two categories of Russians be careful when using one healthy product.

People taking blood thinners should limit their intake of greens such as cilantro, spinach, and others that contain vitamin K, which neutralizes the effects of these drugs.

The product will be ineffective, the doctor warned in a program on the Rossiya-1 TV channel. He also said that it could harm people with kidney stones.

The doctor said that he would stop listing all the groups of people who shouldn’t eat leafy greens – otherwise it would look like he was opposing his own product.

Myasnikov noted that if a person does not take blood thinners and does not suffer from urolithiasis, he can safely use greens, writes Lenta.ru .
