Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko discussed several issues with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin before the meeting of the Supreme State Council of the US, which will take place on December 6 in Minsk. The Belarusian leader says this at a meeting with State Secretary of the Union State Dmitry Mezentsev.
That We had many questions there and others, but I invited him to Minsk again and said that we would properly prepare the meeting of the Supreme State Council. Therefore, we need to go over the agenda again and clarify some issues, Lukashenko told Mezentsev.
The head of Belarus added that he would like to understand whether there are any problems on the agenda.
The meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State is timed to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the treaty establishing the Union State. Putin’s aide Yuri Ushakov announced his trip to Minsk in connection with this event.
According to AZ, “The president has quite an active foreign policy agenda in December. On December 6, a meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State will be held in Minsk. This meeting is timed to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the Treaty on the Creation of the Union State, which was signed on December 8, 1995,” Russian Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov said.
Earlier, Minsk stated that Putin and Lukashenko have the same assessment of the situation in the world.
