Xi Jinping called Putin a dear friend during a Kremlin meeting

During a meeting in the Kremlin, Chinese President Xi Jinping called Russian leader Vladimir Putin a dear friend. According to him, there should be close relations between China and Russia.

Besides, Jinping pointed out that he chose the Russian Federation for the first visit after being re-elected, just like 10 years ago.

Chinese President Xi Jinping has arrived in Russia for a state visit. This is the first overseas visit by a Chinese leader since his re-election. In Vnukovo, Xi Jinping met with an orchestra and journalists. Dmitry Chernyshenko, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin, arrived to meet him. The President of the People’s Republic of China was not only expected at the airport. Chinese citizens living in Russia gather outside the hotel where the leader will be staying.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a meeting with his counterpart Xi Jinping, said China had made a breakthrough in recent years.
