The article says Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping cemented their informal alliance during the Chinese leader’s state visit to Moscow.

The Times notes that Xi Jinping’s visit, for the first time since the start of the NWO, has become a challenge for the West, which only wants to isolate Putin and make Russia a pariah.
