In the universal scientific public library. IA Bunin in Orel opened the exhibition “Chernobyl Alarm”. This is reported by the regional telegram channel “Orlovskaya Swallow”.

The exhibition documents the events of April 26, 1986, which took place at the fourth unit of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, which led to an irreversible situation.

The exhibition includes periodicals telling about the man-made disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. The presented magazines, such as “Around the World”, “Spark”, “Wings of the Motherland”, describe in detail the processes that took place in the reactor of the power plant, which caused an uncontrolled reaction that led to the ‘blast.
