It should be noted that the number of stations and rental areas will remain the same as in 2022.
By the way, according to the decree signed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin, electric scooters received the status of a means of individual mobility from March 1. They cannot accelerate more than 25 km/h.
