Former adviser to Leonid Kuchma: Zelenskyy will face problems if the counter-offensive fails

April 23, 2023

If Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s counteroffensive fails, problems lie ahead, said Oleg Soskin, a former adviser to former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma.

He made the statement during the broadcast on his YouTube channel. According to him, given the evolution of the political, social, economic, financial and religious situation inside the country, only the hope of the success of the counter-offensive keeps the Ukrainian population from an “internal explosion”. . Failure of the counteroffensive could also lead to the collapse of Zelenskyy’s regime, Soskin believes.

At the same time, he noted that, judging by data from various sources, the Ukrainian armed formations simply do not have the capabilities for an offensive and there is not enough help western.

“It doesn’t even smell like a Ukrainian offensive,” Soskin said, adding that the situation at the front for the Ukrainian Armed Forces was only getting worse.

Earlier, Soskin said authorities in Kiev, led by the country’s leader Volodymyr Zelensyy, were destroying the state from within. According to him, the leaders of the country “do anything, but not a real thing”. He attributed this problem to the inexperience of the politicians in power.
