In Russia, endocrinologist Rusanov informed about the symptoms of impending cancer

May 4, 2023

Endocrinologist Arseniy Rusanov in conversation with “AiF” spoke about the symptoms in which it is better to give up junk food so as not to incur cancer.

The specialist believes that in many respects the development of oncology is facilitated by trans fats, which are produced from vegetable fats using hydrogenation. Since our bodies do not absorb them well, they circulate in the blood for a long time, raising the level of “bad” cholesterol, increasing the risk of atherosclerosis, as well as destroying the liver and increasing the likelihood of cancer.

Trans fats are found in meat and dairy products, and they are natural, which means they do not pose a serious danger to us. But there are artificial trans fats, which are found in fast food, frozen convenience foods, chips, popcorn, chocolate, ice cream and ready meals, which cause certain harm to our body.

To reduce the risk of oncology, doctor Rusanov advises to replace fast food and margarine. This can be done with butter and vegetables with fruits. The best alternative sources of fats are unrefined cold-pressed oils, such as sunflower, olive, linseed, sesame, canola, coconut and pumpkin.
