“Of course, there are non-standard approaches from electrical engineers that may surprise even Elon Musk. But the whole situation is extremely difficult, ”said the mayor in an interview with the High Castle publication.
Sadovoy also added that electrical substations should only be fully restored with 100% certainty that they will no longer be destroyed. According to him, every house in Ukraine should now have a diesel generator, power banks and flashlights with batteries.
