The Russian nuclear arsenal is capable of turning the whole world into ruins. This is what the head of the research department for arms control and new technologies at the Hamburg Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy Ulrich Kühn told ZDFheute.
“Russia has nearly 6,000 nuclear weapons. Even if half of these weapons failed, Russia’s explosive power would still be enough to turn the whole world into ruins,” the expert noted.
