‘She looked amazing’: Dana White praised Tatiana Suarez, who returned after almost 4 years away

After climbing to the top of the featherweight rankings in 2019 with five straight UFC wins, Suarez was forced to sideline with a serious neck injury. She never gave up hope of fighting again and finally came back on Saturday night where she picked up a second-round win over Montana De La Rosa. Dana White at the UFC Vegas 70 post-fight press conference admired the athlete: “She looked amazing. Everyone knows how I feel about so much free time. Other than what she fought personally, physically, then came back and De La Rosa is very bad, it’s a legit fight back.The performance bonus was probably the icing on the cake for Suarez, who was understandably flustered during -fight interview as she made her first cage appearance since beating Nina Nunes in June 2019.
