Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

In Russia, from March 1, the rules for calculating the consumption of common housing resources will change

March 1, 2023, 03:34 – Public Information Service – TEH – From March 1 of this year, the calculation of consumption standards for utility resources consumed when using common property in an apartment building will change.
Thus, the calculation will be carried out using the method of analogues. In other words, the standard will be derived from the average amount they pay for similar design services to houses with common meters.
The main objective of these changes is to bring the standards closer to the level of real consumption. Thus, if the norm approaches the actual consumption, the amount of the monthly payments will increase. However, the one-time recalculation at the end of the year will become less important and easier to do.
This method will also be used when calculating the consumption of cold and hot water, electricity consumed when using common property in the house, as well as when calculating the norm for sewage disposal.

In addition, Russians will be able to recalculate garbage collection costs in the event of departure or vacation.
That is, if tenants have not been home for more than five calendar days, then they can apply to the Criminal Code and attach documents that can be used to confirm their absence for the specified period. Plane tickets or travel packages are given by way of example.
As the Public Information Service reported earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that this year a huge program of construction and repair of housing and communal services will be launched.
