Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Seven “entrepreneurs” will be tried in Saint Petersburg for the legalization of migrants

In St. Petersburg, an investigation into the illegal legalization of migrants was completed. Seven “entrepreneurs” managed to “earn” more than a million rubles by falsifying documents for foreigners, the press service of the Main Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.

Group “companies” organized in 2018. The defendants found clients and issued them with fictitious patents for the work activity. At the same time, the seals of already registered organizations were used, which would have registered foreigners in the migration register.

The police found the illegal migration channel in July 2019. Seven “dealers” were arrested, against whom a criminal case was opened.

Investigators found that the group was able to legalize about 60 foreigners, on which they “earned” more than a million rubles. The case with the indictment went to the Smolninsky District Court.

Earlier, “MK in St. Petersburg” wrote that the former inspector of migration issues in the Petrogradsky district will be tried for bribes.
