A feature film about Yuri Khoy and his group “Gaza Strip” will be shot in Russia. This was reported on the group’s page in the social network.
Filming will begin in August 2023. The release is scheduled for 2024.
The publication of the announcement was due to the public outcry in the Russian Federation against the background of the release of the series about the group “The King and the Jester”, which took place this week.
Soloist Yuri Khoi died on July 4, 2000 at the age of 35. According to one version, the cause was hepatitis, according to another – alcohol intemperance.
