Milonov will ask the Russian government to cancel fan cards

State Duma Deputy Vitaly Milonov plans to send an appeal to Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin with a request to cancel fan cards.

“I ask you to consider the possibility of canceling the operation of the Fan ID system, at least until the contradictions and acute shortcomings that arose during its implementation are eliminated,” Milonov said in a statement.

The MP’s press office said the appeal will be sent to the Prime Minister on Monday. The text indicates, among other things, that the mechanism is not justified, has technical shortcomings and legislative contradictions. This is an obstacle to the development of mass sports, believes Milonov.
