Novosibirsk authorities ordered residents to receive new apartments from the moving fund. However, the Housing and Communal Services website specifies that the overhaul of the building will still take place in 2024-2025. Utilities will allegedly restore the facade, basement and all electrical wiring.The gas leak incident occurred on February 9 in a residential building on Lineinaya Street. As a result, two entrances collapsed, 15 apartments were completely destroyed. The explosion killed 15 people.
