The regional administration said that the authorities of the region are obliged to take under special control the process of restoration of cultural objects. This is due to the fact that the contractors do not respect the deadlines for the execution of the contractual agreements for the preparation of the project documentation. Such an unpleasant situation has developed in four objects to be restored. New contracts will be concluded for all buildings. Otherwise, the region will lose the subsidy allocated by the federal center in a targeted manner.
The government reminded that the list of objects is quite impressive, the authorities are in a hurry to put them all in order by the anniversary date.
In total, by 2024, it is planned to restore 12 cultural heritage sites. Last year, the renovation of KE Tsiolkovsky, Prikaznaya hut, Repinsky mansion, College of Music. This year they want to finish.
