Stars from the English Premier League extended their congratulations to Muslims in the world on the occasion of the holy month, through a video clip published by the official account of the English Premier League in Arabic on Twitter.

And appeared in the clip, which garnered nearly a million views, the Swiss Granit Xhaka, the star of Arsenal, and the Frenchman Abdallah Doucoure, the Everton midfielder, along with the Dutchman Arnaud Groeneveld, the striker of Tottenham Hotspur, and the Belgian Timothy Castagne, defender of Leicester City.
The players said, in both Arabic and English: “Peace be upon you to all our Muslim fans around the world, who are celebrating this occasion. We say to you: Ramadan Kareem.”
The star-studded French club Paris Saint-Germain shared a video clip congratulating its most prominent Muslim stars on the month of Ramadan, and the Brazilian star Neymar, French star Killian Mbappe and Spaniard Ramos appeared in the video.
The club commented on the video, in which the players spoke in Arabic, with blessed phrases in Arabic, English and French.
