Homemade condensed milk is distinguished by a delicate taste and a subtle, subtle creamy aroma. Such a delicacy is well suited as a filling for pancakes and waffles, it is delicious to eat and just with bread. In addition, condensed milk is prepared in only about 15 minutes.
Note:
- Homemade condensed milk is preferably made from fresh whole milk. If commercial is used, its fat content should be at least 2%.
- Cooking will be more convenient in a wide saucepan with a thick bottom.
Ingredients:
milk (fat content of at least 2%) – 250 ml;
powdered sugar – 200 g;
butter (fat content not less than 82%) – 1 tbsp.
How to make “condensed milk” in 15 minutes:
We put a saucepan with milk on a slow fire.
Add butter, powdered sugar, mix.
Heat until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Remember to constantly stir the mixture.
As soon as the mass begins to boil, increase the heat to a medium level.
We continue to stir. After about 10 minutes, the condensed milk will be ready.
Before serving, it is better to cool the mass to room temperature.
If you want a thicker treat, refrigerate for 2 hours.
