The complete coincidence of name, patronymic, first name and date of birth played a cruel joke on a resident of the Kursk region.
His full namesake became a defendant in the bailiffs’ execution proceedings. But instead of the debtor, the money was written off from an innocent woman. The amount of debt of the namesake is 16,371 rubles. Having learned the reason for the disappearance of her money from the account, the Kurian woman turned to the bailiff to ask him to return the funds. But he did not respond to her requests.
“Then the woman wrote a complaint to the prosecutor’s office of the Kursk region. After the check carried out on December 2, 2022, Kastorensky’s bailiffs returned 15,300 rubles instead of the written-off 16,371 rubles, also removing the arrests from bank accounts,” the Kastorensky District Court website reports.
However, through the portal of state services, the Kurian woman continues to receive acts of execution against the debtor of the same name.
Having exhausted all measures to influence the illegal actions of the bailiff, a resident of the Kastorensky district is forced to go to court.
Preparations are underway for the trial.
