Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

The traffic jam of the Bryansk rivers in 2023 was a record for the past 10 years

The day before, March 31, the water in the rivers of the territory of the regional center reached record levels. Thus, the level of the Desna was equal to 532 centimeters (daily gain – 53 cm). Bolva’s level showed 737 centimeters (growth per day – 50 cm).

A similar picture emerged in 2013. It is this flood that is considered one of the strongest – the water rose to 535 and 759 centimeters, respectively. For comparison, it suffices to recall the past spring of 2022. Then the maximum water level in the Bryansk rivers reached 529 and 716 cm.
