The Ministry of Municipality, represented by Al Daayen Municipality, issued an administrative decision to close "Buraydah Restaurant"as a result of violating the law regulating human food control.
The ministry indicated in its tweet that: "Buraydah Restaurant"affiliated to Al Daayen Municipality in the Jeryan Junaibat area, it will be closed for a period of 7 days in accordance with Resolution No. 3 of 2023.
The municipality called for the need to contact the unified call center on phone No. 184 to report any food violations.
According to the Ministry of Municipality’s website, determining the duration of the closure is up to the discretion of the competent municipal director according to the type and severity of the violation as determined by the law, provided that it does not exceed 60 days at a time, and the closures multiply by repeating the violations.
In addition, it is not permissible to open a closed store, to conduct activity, or to carry out maintenance work during the closure period, with criminal liability arising in the event of violation of this.
