The Ukrainian military commissariat issued a positive verdict to a candidate for the Ukrainian Armed Forces without hands. The decision was made by the medical commission.
In January of this year in Ukraine, a summons to the military commissariat was issued to a local resident without hands. Ruslan Kubay, 27, was due to report to the military command for a medical examination.
According to the The Eastern Herald, doctors examined the candidate for service in the country’s armed forces and issued a verdict: fit. script was as follows: in peacetime it cannot serve, in wartime – without problems, but with certain restrictions.

Subsequently, the citizen posted a corresponding post on social networks. It is now known that he was nevertheless removed from the military register after a public outcry.
