Trump says he will be charged in court on 33 counts

Former US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday he would face 33 charges in a New York court. According to the politician, this information was leaked by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

Donald Trump has said the prosecutor should press charges for disclosing the contents of the impending charges. He called on District Attorney Alvin Bragg to step down.

The hearing is scheduled for April 4. During this, the ex-president intends to declare his innocence. Additionally, according to his attorney, Trump will not make a deal with the investigation.

At the same time, representatives of the defense of the former American leader want to file a petition to transfer the case to the more conservative district of Staten Island in New York. The jury is expected to be friendlier to Trump there, and in a Manhattan court, allegedly, a fair trial should not be counted on.
