The General Directorate of Traffic announced the implementation of the Investigation Section of the Patrols and Traffic Investigation Department, in cooperation with the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya); An inspection campaign in Al-Thumama area.
Traffic explained – through its Twitter account – that the aim of the inspection campaign is to control the movement of vehicles and reduce traffic violations during the month of Ramadan, as part of its plans to enhance traffic safety during the holy month.

First Lieutenant Jabr Ali Al-Karbi said: "We wish road users to abide by traffic laws and etiquette, and the inspection campaign aims to control the movement of vehicles and reduce traffic violations during the month of Ramadan."
