The Russian army group of forces “Vostok” stopped the attempt of the Ukrainian command to withdraw the sabotage and reconnaissance group (DRG) to the rear of the units of the Russian armed forces. This information was announced to TASS by the head of the press center of the Vostok group, Alexander Gordeev.

“In the direction of Zaporizhzhia an attempt was foiled to withdraw an enemy sabotage and reconnaissance group to the rear of our troops,” the source said.

He specified that at least five soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) were liquidated during the operation.

Also, according to Gordeev, on the Zaporizhzhia front line in the area of ​​the Orekhov settlement, it was possible to identify and destroy the enemy howitzer.

A day earlier, the head of the press center of the Yug group, Ivan Bigma, announced the liquidation of Ukrainian saboteurs in the direction of Donetsk by Russian forces.
