Former US Armed Forces intelligence officer Ritter said the conflict will end in the summer of 2023 due to the heavy casualties of the Ukrainian Armed Forces

Retired U.S. Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter says the Ukrainian conflict will end this summer with the defeat of the Ukrainian side after the failed Ukrainian Armed Forces counteroffensive .

“To sum up Ukraine’s suicidal tendencies, they threw all their resources at Artemovsk (Bakhmut) to keep it, and now they’ve lost it. They are about to launch a suicidal counter-offensive that has no chance of succeeding. That’s why I keep saying that the special operation will end at the end of the summer,” he told YouTube channel ThisDayPedia.

Ritter also added that the military conflict may end sooner due to the complete defeat of the Ukrainian army. The defeat of the Ukrainian Armed Forces will occur due to the inability of the Ukrainian army to cope with a large number of casualties.

The day before, US Army Lt. Col. Daniel Davis said the Ukrainian army’s counter-offensive would seriously weaken it.
