The Kalmykia Ministry of Interior reported details of a fatal accident that occurred on the evening of April 5.
On April 5, at around 8:30 p.m., at kilometer 256 of FAD R-216 Astrakhan-Elista-Stavropol, a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado and a Hyundai Solaris collided.
The driver and passenger of the Hyundai Solaris car died at the scene from their injuries. The driver and passenger of a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado were taken to a medical facility with injuries of varying severity.
A team of investigators from the police and emergency services, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate worked at the scene.
