April 7, 2023

A man from the Oktyabrsky district had to pay an execution fee, which he “forgot” to pay after repaying the principal in 2022.

According to the regional UFSSP, the bailiffs recovered from the citizen 18.5 million rubles of debt in favor of the organization. To do this, as part of the enforcement process, they seized property and bank accounts. Such actions prompted the debtor to pay the entire amount at once.

However, as part of the procedure, it was decided to collect the enforcement fee. But the man did not want to pay another 1 million 240 thousand rubles. He believed that if the principal debt was repaid, nothing else needed to be paid.

They conducted an explanatory work with a citizen and talked about the provision of art. 112 of the Federal Law “On Enforcement Procedures”. The bailiff has proven the legitimacy of the enforcement costs. After that, the man paid the full amount specified.
